Innovative Inpatient and Outpatient collaboration.
This innovative Inpatient and Outpatient collaboration successfully met the health system’s varied and complex strategic priorities. Results include long term alignment with orthopedic medical staff, 16 new operating rooms and 48 private rooms that provided critical new capacity, solved multiple hospital campus planning issues, and most importantly provided a new model of coordinated care from diagnosis through treatment and rehab.
