As CSA Chief Strategy Officer, Bill Bitterli is involved in all aspects of ASC management, including operating agreement issues, payer contracting, physician transactions, hospital joint ventures, facility expansion, and financing. He brings over 25 years of investing, advisory and operational experience to CSA to support the company’s growth initiatives.

Prior to joining CSA, Bill served as Managing Director for Northington Partners, where he was responsible for institutional research, investment banking, and the investment and management of over $115 million of private equity in Northington’s two funds. He also served as Northington’s Chief Financial Officer, where his role included tax and financial reporting responsibilities.

As a manager of private equity investments for 17 years, Bill reviewed hundreds of insurance, financial services and healthcare-related business plans, was responsible for the identification, due diligence, valuation, structuring and negotiation of potential investments, and served as fund representative to several Boards of Directors.

He received his bachelor of science degree in engineering from Trinity College and earned a Certified Administrator of Ambulatory Surgery (CASC) designation from The Board of Ambulatory Surgery Certification.
