Ken Rosenquest serves as CSA’s Chief Operations Officer, overseeing strategic planning and day-to-day operations for the company. He is also responsible for directing select joint venture teams, including for the Connecticut Orthopaedic Surgery Center and the Rocky Hill Surgery Center. He began his career with CSA as the administrator of its first orthopedic center, which became one of the top-performing orthopedic centers in the country.
Ken is also a decorated United States Air Force pilot and aircraft commander. He received his bachelor of science degree in aerospace, aeronautical and astronautical engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, his master’s degree in political science from Texas Tech University, and professional advancement education from both the USAF Squadron Officers School and New York University. He currently serves as the President of the Connecticut Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
